Each of our homes has been designed by Southampton Architect Siamak Samii. With over 25 years of experience designing and renovating homes in the area, his firm’s philosophy is rooted in the importance of place making - a design approach where scale, proportion, texture and light are brought into contextual harmony and further elevated by aesthetically distinct styles and finishes.

Largely inspired by the architectural history and natural surroundings of the area, his structures are evocative of the windmills, farms and country vernacular found throughout the East End.
